Timeframe: Daily

The NSE BAJAJFINSV has initiated its wave cycle subsequent to reaching a low of 398.55. The ADX during the price decline reached 16.16. The price has remained in consolidation for over 28 months. moving averages are also useless in this consolidation.

According to Elliott’s Wave Theory, the price has completed its wave (3), and wave (4) has taken the form of a triangle. Wave A concluded at 1070, followed by B at 1844, then C at 1247, and subsequently D at 1741. The final wave, E of wave (4), has been executed. Traders can trade after getting a touch on the upper or lower line of the triangle, and the breakout of either side can be the holy grail. Since the price is choppy, it’s possible for wave (4) to retrace only 23.6% or 38.2% of wave (3), and it will be valid too.

We will provide an update at the time when the opportunity arises, including entry, exit, and invalidation levels.
