NSE BDL – Bearish Wave Structure Unfolding

Timeframe: 4h
BDL shows a clear Elliott Wave corrective pattern playing out within a broad descending channel. After peaking around ₹2,096.60, the price formed a classic A-B-C correction, bottoming out at ₹1,800.00, which is marked as wave (A). A sharp recovery followed, completing wave (B) at ₹2,013.50, and then the price began an impulsive five-wave downward structure, currently in progress. So far, waves 1 to 3 of this downward impulse seem completed, and the price has recently bounced slightly around the ₹1,700 level, hinting at a potential formation of wave 4.

The projection in blue indicates a possible short-term bounce toward the ₹1,740 to ₹1,760 range (wave 4), which aligns with the lower trendline resistance and Fibonacci retracement area. However, the overall structure remains bearish, suggesting one more leg down (wave 5) is likely to unfold. The expected completion of wave (C) is around ₹1,533.60, a level derived from the 1.618 Fibonacci extension, commonly seen in strong wave 3 to 5 structures. If price respects the projected path, this would complete a larger corrective phase, possibly offering a medium-term buying opportunity. Until then, caution is advised for long trades.

NSE BHARTIARTL – Bullish Setup

NSE BHARTIARTL looks strong on the daily timeframe after a slump of more than 8%. ATR of the price is 32.12, while the ADX of the price has reached 26.24. The current prices are trading above the 100/200 EMA. It has just crossed the 50 EMA and is taking resistance from the 20 EMA.

There is a good opportunity for buyers to answer the bears’ responsive move. Traders can initiate a long position near 1930 for the following targets: 1950 – 1977 – 2015+. A strong move is capable of creating a new price extreme.
