NF could not crossover 5126 and hovered around 5097 for

long time and then extended the severe fall up to 5034

after breaking below 5081.

Now for today…

Crossover 5065 will drive it to 5078-5089.

If sustains above 5090-5093 market will see 5114-5124-5152

Market remained bearish for several days so

it is in oversold zone short at lower levels not advisable

5031-5020 is strong support zone.

Nifty fut tumbled to 5078 after breaking 5107-5097 zone.

We indicated 5181 might support and market bounced off

that level.

We traded long from 5085 and booked handsome intraday

gain.

Now for today…

Crossover 5126-5132 zone with sustained volumes

may improve the sentiment for short term trend and

likely to move up to 5152-5172.

5182-5190 is strong hurdle zone.

Breaking below 51002-5097 may drive it to 5089-5081

In further weakness Market may see 5064-5052.

Yesterday we indicated here that above 5132 NF would touch

5156 at higher level and in downside it would take support at 5107.

 Now see the yesterday’s high which is 5153 and low is 5107

Now What…

The short term trend without doubt is bearish and as long as it is not

able to close above 5187 it will remain bearish.

Break below 5118 with sustained volumes and

level for 10-15 minutes will extend more downside upto 5107-5097.

5148-5153 is hurdle zone.

After taking out this level and if sustains then expect 5168-5181

5081-5064 in panic selloff may not be ruled out.
