Crude oil is throwing bearish signals for upcoming days and making a trap for short-term investors & day traders. Intraday traders may sell on top for seeing a new low of the 2017 year!

Targets: 3520 – 3480

Crude oil will affect the natural gas direction. And remember, if natural gas will close below the 218.6 level for 1-2 days consecutively, then it will definitely come down up to 210-205 levels.

Donald Trump

President of the United States of America Donald John Trump strength is incredibly important. Now big responsibilities on previous WWE king hand so that will definitely create corrections, and it may certainly affect on Indian MCX Gold. Trumps’ victory pushed gold up, but short-term and long-term sides are not clear in bullion (gold & silver) sector commodities. I would prefer play on the technical basis in bullion and metal (crude oil & natural gas) sector commodities. Look at my previous newsletter by clicking here, I’ve updated technical chart of gold (5 min) and as per chart, you must stay with the trend. If gold will remain above 28450 levels then buy for 28800 – 29000+ levels OR if gold will close and crossover the 28450 level then sell for 28300 – 28100 levels.

Would like to trade in natural gas? You must wait for closing above or below to hurdle 218.5 level. If natural gas will close go down to the hurdle for minimum 2 days then it can start to fall down for 205 – 196 levels OR if it will close above to hurdle consecutively 2 days then you can expect 235 – 254+ levels on next weekend. Opportunity is clear, but the choice is yours!

Copper is unpredictable nowadays. It’s making a trap for intraday traders. Copper will open positive, and it may try to make a new high (382+) but I recommend staying away. I’m looking false selling pressure.

Zinc is unstoppable and on last trading session, it was dropped 1 rupees in last 20 minutes. Yes, it is also going to open positive in opening bell but I recommend selling Zinc whenever it will cross over or close below to 172.9 level for 172 – 171.6 levels OR buy above 174.6 level for 175.2-176.

But don’t take any decision between 174.6 – 172.9 levels.

COMEX Gold is at the crucial level and if it will not stop moving downside and show us closing below to $1144.5 levels then nobody can hold it to touch $1110-$1085 levels in upcoming days.

MCX Traders can see gold below 27500-27250 levels today. And if gold will close below to 27230 levels then we will definitely see 27000 – 26500 below levels in December month!

If you’re NCDEX trader then you must read this: NCDEX Future index will close below the 3202 levels, then all agri-commodities will start falling down.
