Many bearish traders, who took short positions following the downward correction two days ago, were trapped and forced to exit, booking losses. Fund managers who have not been investing or who are still sitting on cash hesitating would possibly find themselves in a fix now. If they do not participate, they are going to get punished if the market moves up and if they do, they could be riding the volatility in an unfavorable way.
Forget Fund Managers….As a traders what should be your strategy?
For now, the market is in the grip of some serious flows and momentum. So, as a trader one just needs to track that and not worry about valuations.
